Pre Estate Sale
Price items to maximize profit, Place advertisements. Review and inventory items not for sale. Organize, display, stage all items for sale. Research items to determine fair market value. Supply equipment needed for sale. Photograph merchandise for advertisements. Access social media to promote the sale. Staffing secured.
Estate Sale Management
Hours and rules of engagement posted. Company reserves all rights. All sales are final and absolute. Items are sold ‘as is; and where is’. No guarantees nor warranties are made nor implied. Company reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone for any reason. When needed, Company will use paid security. No items removed until paid in full. No pets nor strollers allowed. Personal information on our clients never disclosed. Estate Sale signs are posted. Bids accepted on items for sale.
All items sold are removed from premise within two days of last day of sale. Secure a 501c3 organization to pick up and clear out all unsold items to be donated. Complete liquidation with summary report to Client. Within 5 business days. Evaluation of sale.
